“Migration Error for ****** : A configuration issue is preventing authentication – check the error message from the server for details. You can modify the configuration in the application registration portal.”

Cause of the error:
Cause 1 :
The domains are moved after the cutover, but the changes are not updated in the Cloudiway portal. Specifically, the issue arises if:
- The domains are still listed in the source connector after being moved.
- The new domains have not been added to the target connector.
Cause 2 :
You are using a manual connector and the client secret value entered in the connector got expired or is incorrect.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
For Cause 1:
- Modify the Cloudiway Connectors:
- Remove the old domains from the source connector.
- Add the new domains to the target connector.
- Update Configuration:
- Ensure that all changes are saved and correctly reflected in the Cloudiway portal.
- Restart the Migration:
- Once the connectors are updated, restart the migration process.
For Cause 2:
Create a new client secret and update it in the corresponding connector.
