Problem:
During a migration, you are hitting the following error:
DomainName in source connector is not correct
or
DomainName in target connector is not correct
Resolution:
Add the domain name of the affected user in the appropriate connector
If you are hitting this error, you should add the domain name(s) mentioned in the Cloudiway user list or affected user in the appropriate connector to authorize to migrate users in that domain.
If the error is in the source connector you need to add the domain in the source connector, and if the error is in the target connector you need to add the domain in the target connector. Please check your error code for reference.
Please follow the steps below and make sure to set up your connectors accordingly:
- Step 1: Go to connectors
- Step 2: Click on Modify tab in front of the connector (Source or Target as per the error).
Step 3: In “Connector Configuration” Add the custom domain name (Ex: Domain.com) and hit Enter. Once done click on Next.
Step 4: Once you have added the domains click on complete tab.
Step 5: Re-run the migration once you have added the required domains in the connector.
