Cloudiway allows duplicate entries in the user list and, this can end up with duplicate items in the same target after migration, especially when you run multiple tests without removing users after each one.
During your tests, you may want to migrate n times the same mailbox in order to test various settings.
Therefore our platform allows to define n times the same migration.
Also, you may want to consolidate various employees who have left the company into is a single mailbox, therefore it is valid to migrate user1 and user2 to the same mailbox.
Therefore it is your responsibility to verify your user list and to ensure that you didn’t create duplicate entries if you did not intend to do so.
