- In apps.cloudiway.com, click on the Mail Routing tab on the left, then InBound

At the bottom of the page, click on Users, then select Import Users CSV
Note: your CSV file should contain a header with SourceEmail and TargetEmail

- Click on the File button to select your CSV file

Specify your separator in the Separator field; for example, type a semicolon (;), a comma (,) or a single space
A list of the email addresses will be displayed:

- Click on the OK button
IMPORTANT The uploaded file should contain headers, for example: <SourceEmail TargetEmail>
If you don’t have a header line in your file, you will see the following error:

- At the bottom of the page, click on Save & Update

Click on the Confirm button to confirm your update
Your mail routing list and configuration will be updated, when you see the message: ‘Configuration updated’
Status explanation
New (N): The source and target email addresses will be added to the Mail Routing table
Modified (M): An existing email address will be modified (eg: updated spelling).
Nothing: If there are no changes, no modifications will be done.
Deleted (D): The source and target email addresses will be removed from the Mail Routing table
Tip 1: You can delete a user’s source and target email address from the list if required: click on the button with the cross (x) in the corresponding line
Tip 2: You can use the filters to display different statuses:
