Error File Processing: AccessDenied

Problem

While migrating to SharePoint Online or OneDrive, you’re getting the following error: Error File processing: <filename>: AccessDenied.

Cause

If you believe that the admin account has permissions to the OneDrive or SharePoint library, it’s possible that the SharePoint site has been set to read-only.

Reactivate the site as read/write.
