Google Sites migration requires cookie authentication to access site content. This guide explains how to whitelist cookies using a browser extension before starting your migration jobs.

When Cookies Are Required

For modern Google Sites, cookies must be whitelisted before the Get List job and for any subsequent actions including Audit, Pre-processing, and Migration.

6-Step Cookie Whitelisting Process

    Install Browser Extension

    Add the "EditThisCookie" extension from the Chrome Web Store to your browser.

    Open Chrome Web Store

    Access Google Sites

    Navigate to Google Sites and log in with the account that has access to the sites you want to migrate.

    Modern Sites: sites.google.com

    Open the Extension

    After logging into your Google account, click the EditThisCookie extension icon in your browser toolbar.

    Copy Cookies

    In the extension popup, click the "Export" or "Copy cookies" button to copy all cookies to your clipboard.

    Navigate to Connectors

    In the Cloudiway platform, go to your project's connectors list and locate your Google connector.

    Paste and Save

    Click "Add cookies" in the connector settings, paste the copied cookies, and save your changes.

Verification
