Cloudiway platform may send emails to endusers.
It is the case for self service migration emails for migrating:
- Slack Direct Messages (Slack to Teams Migration and Slack to Google Chat Migration)
- Team Chat Messages Migration
- Laptops and Desktop during tenant to tenant migrations
If these emails are categorized as SPAM by your antispam policies, you should whitelist the Cloudiway domain.
For reference, we are providing the procedure for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
The following procedures whitelist cloudiway.com.
More precisely, noreply@cloudiway.com is sending the emails. You may adapt these procedures to whitelist only this email address.
Whitelist Cloudiway.com in Microsoft 365
Navigate to https://security.microsoft.com/antispam
Click on Anti-Spam inbound policy (default) and click on Edit allowed and blcoed senders and domains
Click on Allow domains and add cloudiway.com
Click on Save.
Try to resend the self service migration link. It should not arrive anymore in SPAM
