Problem
During migration from Google Sites to SharePoint, the migration returns the following error message:
“id not found in GoogleDriveListId” or “Drive audit not done. Migration of drive documents is disabled”.
Cause
The Google site migration tool is trying to migrate embedded Google Drives but no Drives audit has been performed before the site migration.
See the article Migrate Google Drive Files embedded in a Google Sites, which explains more about migrating embedded Google Sites to Google Drives.
See the article Google Site to SharePoint Migration: prerequisites, which outlines the prerequisites for a Google Sites migration.
Resolution
1. Launch the Google Drives audit for all the tenant users following the admin guide: https://cloudiway.com/resources/documentation/from-google-drive-migration/#6.
2. Restart Google Sites migration for the sites affected by the issue.
