What's Happening
Root Cause
Insufficient License Capacity
This error occurs when migrating users, sites, groups, or other entities and the current license lacks sufficient capacity for the specific migration source being processed.
Common Scenarios
- • All purchased licenses have been consumed
- • Project has a license limit that's been reached
- • Using trial licenses with limited capacity
- • Attempting to migrate more items than licenses available
Solution
Option 1: Purchase Additional Licenses
Access the Shop
Click Shop → Buy Licenses in the upper right corner of the Cloudiway platform.
Select License Type
Choose the appropriate license type for your migration (Mail, File, Site, etc.).
Complete Purchase
Add to cart and complete checkout. Licenses are immediately available.
Option 2: Adjust Project License Limits
If you have unused licenses in other projects, you can adjust the license allocation for your current project.

- 2. Review license limits
- 3. Remove or increase the limit as needed
