Last updated: 2025-01-15 Troubleshooting

Error 1: Runtime InteropServices

Error Message

System.Type System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.GetTypeFromCLSID(System.Guid)

Cause

The migration server lacks the .NET Framework software required for the Cloudiway Agent to operate properly. The InteropServices component cannot function without the proper framework version.

Solution

  1. 1. Download the latest .NET Framework from Microsoft's download center
  2. 2. Install .NET Framework on the migration server
  3. 3. Restart the Cloudiway Agent service
  4. 4. Restart the migration process

Error 2: Mail File Not Found

Error Message

user mailFile Not found

Cause

The migration platform cannot locate the NSF file associated with the user being migrated. This typically occurs when the username is misspelled or the user doesn't exist in the source domain.

Solution

  1. 1. Verify the user exists in your Lotus Notes/Domino domain
  2. 2. Check the username spelling in the migration platform
  3. 3. Confirm the user's NSF mail file exists on the Domino server
  4. 4. After corrections, restart the migration
