Root Cause

Unfamiliar Login Location

Cloudiway's migration servers authenticate to Google from different geographic locations than your typical login points. Google's security systems detect these authentication attempts from unfamiliar locations and trigger verification challenges to prevent unauthorized access.

Why This Happens

Google monitors login patterns and flags attempts that deviate from normal behavior. Migration servers accessing accounts from data center IPs appear suspicious to Google's security algorithms.

Solution

Contact Cloudiway Support

The solution requires Cloudiway's support team to add your server address to Google's authorized whitelist.

1

Contact Support

Reach out to Cloudiway support and report this error message.

2

Server Whitelisting

Support will whitelist the migration server address for your Google account authorization.

3

Retry Migration

Once whitelisted, restart your migration process. Authentication should proceed without additional challenges.

Support Required

This error cannot be resolved self-service. You must contact Cloudiway support at cloudiway.com/contact to request server whitelisting.
